How we work

Given below are the steps we follow for every assignment we take up:

  • On intent of an executive position to be filled by a company - a personal meeting is set up between the interested organization and a recruiter specializing in the desired area of work from our organization.
  • The details regarding the job role and the position in discussion are clearly defined by the client and a Q&A form is filled up by our associate who clarifies whatever is needed to know about the position in detail.
  • The timetable for the search is indicated and the search process commences.
  • Target companies are examined, using any prior information provided by client in conjunction with sources of information and prospective candidates already known to us, augmented with original study by our research team. A list is drawn out.
  • Our recruiter then travels to the candidate's location to discuss the position on offer and explain the intricacies of the role. The prospective is given time to contemplate on the move.
  • Once a prospective gives us his/her consent to go ahead - The applicants are presented to the client by means of a written "Executive Dossier" detailing out the candidate's background, both professional and personal.
  • The client then decides the prospectives to be interviewed and in what order. The interview process follows, from which eventually a short-list will emerge.
  • After an offer is made we will assist the client with the compensation negotiations and additional background verification if required.
  • Throughout the above process - we maintain a regular channel of communication with the client to keep them apprised of the results emerging. This ensures that the progress of the search is known to the client
